Off-market access

Some of the best conversations in property never reach a portal. This is a members-only corner for them, run through licensed agents.

What this is

A conversation, not a catalogue

"Off-market" means a seller who would sell for the right buyer without a public listing, or a buyer with a clear brief and no time to waste. We match those briefs through licensed agents and brokers in the right market. We do not publish properties here, and you will not find a list of them.

We never post a property we cannot verify, and we do not invent deals to make the page look busy. Until we hold real, verified briefs, the cards on this page are clearly labelled illustrative examples.

Photographs are blurred and addresses are withheld until we have verified the brief and you are a member. The cards below are illustrative examples, not real properties.
