How Holdengard works, and what we are not
We share knowledge, build tools and run a community. We are not a broker, not a listing portal and not yet licensed anywhere. Here is the plain version.
An information and community platform. Not a broker, not a listing portal.

Partners
We are building a community that produces genuine buyer and seller conversations. We want to hand them to licensed agents who will look after them properly.
The idea
People come to us for free tools and guides. Some of them are about to buy or sell. With their consent, we introduce them to a licensed agent in the right market.
Buyers who have run the numbers and read the checks, and who tell us the market and budget they are working to.
Owners who have prepared documents with our seller's checklist and want a licensed broker to take it from there.
Members-only sharing among licensed agents, with verification. No unverified listings.
Ground rules
Questions

No. The agent handles the transaction. Holdengard does not broker and is not a party to it.
Introductions with the person's consent, from buyers who have run the numbers and sellers who have prepared documents. They are not lists sold in bulk.
Commercial terms are agreed case by case. How lead-supply arrangements and fees are treated differs by country and by regulator, so legal advice will be taken in each market before any fee-sharing begins.
