What we do

- Knowledge. Guides and insights built from official texts and dated public sources, with unverified items marked "to be verified".
- Community. A members community of NRIs, investors, sellers and licensed agents who help each other. Free to join today.
- Network. We work with licensed real-estate agents and brokers. Where it is allowed and sensible, we introduce buyers and sellers to them.
What we are not
- We are not a licensed broker or agent, and we do not currently hold a RERA registration or a real-estate licence in India, Dubai, Qatar, the US, the UK, New Zealand or Australia.
- We are not a listing portal. We do not publish properties for sale, and we will never invent listings, prices or deals.
- We do not give investment, legal or tax advice. Licensed local brokers and your own advisers handle transactions.
How the paid part will work
The tools and the guides stay free. Paid Member and Circle tiers will add the deeper "why now" on each Next Hot Opportunity, members-only discussion and introductions to vetted licensed agents. Details and prices are to be announced, and you can join the waitlist on the community page.
Why say all this?
Because trust is the product. If we cannot show where a number came from, we say so, and we mark it. If we change our mind, we say that too.
