What Holdengard is
Holdengard is an information and community platform. We publish guides, insights and free tools, and we run a community of buyers, sellers, investors and licensed agents.
What Holdengard is not
- We are not a licensed real-estate broker or agent. We do not currently hold a RERA registration or a real-estate licence in India, Dubai, Qatar, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand or Australia.
- We are not a listing portal. We do not advertise properties for sale, and we do not invent listings, prices or deals.
- We do not give investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing on this site is an offer, a recommendation or a solicitation.
Transactions
Buying, selling, letting and financing property is handled by licensed local brokers, lawyers, tax advisers and lenders. Where we introduce you to a licensed professional, the transaction is between you and them. Holdengard is not a party to it.
Information and tools
We aim to be accurate and to name our sources. Facts are dated. Items marked to be verified, and every default value in the tools, are starting points that we have not checked against an official source. Tool outputs are illustrations built from the numbers you enter. They are not forecasts or valuations. Laws, rates and market conditions change, so check with the official source and a licensed professional before you act.
Photographs
Photographs are real photographs used under a free-to-use licence. They illustrate places and people in general and do not depict any property for sale or any Holdengard client.
Community and members-only areas
Membership tiers beyond Free are not yet on sale, and their content and prices are to be announced. The email unlock on some pages is a soft gate for building our list, not a security or identity check. Do not share confidential information in community spaces.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Holdengard is not liable for decisions made using the site or its tools. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
