Questions

About the calculator

Why does the total change when I pick “under construction”?

GST can apply to an under-construction home, not to a ready one with a completion certificate. The payment schedule also stretches over years instead of months.

Where do the rates come from?

They are starting values taken from the public rate cards we know of, shown as to be verified. We do not claim they are current for your state or your case. Change any of them.

Can Holdengard buy for me?

No. Holdengard does not handle transactions or hold a broker licence. We can connect you with a licensed local agent.
